PANO is a multifunction building which seamlessly blends infrastructure with recreation, commerce and community spaces. The primary inspiration for this design comes from the traditional wooden boardwalks in Latvia’s swamps.

PANO combines the boardwalks with timeless appeal of nature’s circular forms symbolizing the POSITIVUS festival values – unity, continuity, and inclusivity. The wooden pathways evoke a sense of warmth and natural elegance, inviting users to have a sensory experience and see the river from a unique vantage point.
